In May 2013 Milner advertised a new Market Analyst position. After a competitive interview process, Kay Sharpington was selected to join the Milner team.
Prior to joining Milner, Kay worked as an intern at Decipher Media Research in London, extracting data, carrying out quantitative research and compiling reports for clients. She also has experience in assisting various organisations with their marketing and market research initiatives, and has worked within the media, consultancy, software and charity sectors.
Kay holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge.
As a Market Analyst, Kay will be helping clients understand the dynamics of the markets in which they operate, identifying competitor strategies and forecasting future market behaviour to support strategic planning.
