This provides a clear demonstration of strengths and weaknesses in your portfolio and illustrates where changes should be made. Our Clock Face methodology gives you a comprehensive picture of your situation
  • Training – a team of experienced trainers and facilitators will give you the means to manage your product on a day-to-day basis. We will create bespoke templates for your product that can be used and referred to as you carry out your role
  • Ongoing review and coaching – developing your product roadmap is important, but successful implementation is equally important. Milner can offer a package of ongoing advice and evaluation to make sure that execution proceeds as planned
