Andy Matthews has over 25 years’ experience working with a variety of science and technology organisations. Before setting up his PR consultancy in Cambridge, he spent over 15 years in London building and running the science divisions for three of the UK’s largest PR firms. During this time he directed many high-profile PR campaigns for public and private sector clients including GSK, Novo Nordisk, Wyeth Lederle, The Met Office, The Chemical Industries Association, Uniqema, The National Physical Laboratory, The Millennium Commission (major science projects) and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills’ National Measurement programmes.
Andy was a founder member of the PRCA’s Science & Technology Group and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for 22 years. He is a past member of the Association of British Science Writers. He is a graduate in Industrial Chemistry from Brunel University.
